Youth Voice Matters conference 2025 brought together over 100 young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) from across the UK. We chose to get involved in the RAP session using creative ways to share our lived experiences. Our SEND-STANCE Strength and resilience, inclusivity. Power and voice, please listen to me. Its important to me, people are always kind. This is the way we protect our minds. Listening to music I feel at peace. When I relate, its my release. Fidgets make us calm, relaxed and sooth. Help us when we need to move.
