Vulnerabilities and Reasonable Adjustments Policy - Housing

We would welcome your feedback on Housing and Property Services Draft Vulnerabilities and Reasonable Adjustments Policy. It is our commitment to ensuring residents with disabilities and/or vulnerabilities are not disadvantaged when accessing our services. The policy sets out how we define vulnerability, identify those who are vulnerable and take action to support them. It also defines what a ‘reasonable adjustment’ is, the circumstances in which they will be made and how they can be requested.
