Make sure new homes and green spaces are well-designed and provide places that people want to be.
Ensure we create places where everyone, including women, girls and other vulnerable groups can feel safe and free from the fear of crime.
Ensure design quality can be achieved through consideration of proposals in accordance with a Design Code for North Tyneside.
