Application Form

The Percy Main Youth Forum will exist to ensure that young people can influence services, activities and decisions that affect them in Percy Main and the wider community. The forum provides a safe, inclusive space for young people to share views, develop skills and lead positive change. The forum will feed into the Pride in Place Neighbourhood Board via the youth representative from your organisation.

We want to hear from organisations that are interested in facilitating this forum and being the voice of young people on the Neighbourhood Board.
