Help shape Children's Public Health Services

We want to hear from parents, carers, families, and young people about their experiences of Children's Public Health Services in North Tyneside.

Your feedback will help us understand:

  • Which children's public health services you know about
  • Whether you have used any of these services
  • What worked well for you and your family
  • Any barriers that prevented you from accessing support
  • How services could be improved to better meet the needs of local families

The survey should only take a few minutes to complete, and the information you provide will help shape future children's public health services across North Tyneside.

Do you use Best Start in Life Family Hubs?

North Tyneside Council is investing in the Best Start in Life Family Hubs at Howdon, Shiremoor and Riverside over the next three years.

As part of this investment, the council would like to hear from local families about the services they would like to see available at the Hubs and what would encourage them to use these facilities again.
