The Big Community Conversation (BCC) 2024 was designed to explore how you get information about North Tyneside Council and our services and how you share your views with us.

By talking to residents, it has helped us to recognise and accommodate the different engagement preferences they have, digital or non-digital, the various avenues that residents take to contribute based on their comfort levels and accessibility needs.
