Tenant and residents have their say on ONTV Annual Report
This year we shared our draft annual engagement report with our newly established ONTV Readers Panel. Generally the feedback was positive but we did make lots of changes. Feedback pointed out the need to get rid of jargon, correct spelling mistakes and grammar and how to make the content more interesting . This included the suggestion of a short video for people who preferred visuals or were short of time. Suggestions were also made on ideas for next years report. Thanks to everyone who helped.
