The tenancy agreement explains the rights and responsibilities of tenants and those of North Tyneside Council, as the landlord. We have reviewed the agreement to make sure it is up to date, clear, and reflects current legislation and how we deliver our services. We would like to gather your views on the proposed changes and appreciate all feedback received.
We want to be completely open and transparent about the proposed changes to the tenancy agreement.
