Potential merger of Greenfields Primary School and Hazlewood Primary School

Having read the proposal guide and information about options we would welcome your feedback on the proposals:

• to potentially merge Greenfields Primary School and Hazlewood Primary School, with the proposal to close Hazelwood Primary School and increase the Published Admission Number at Greenfields Primary School to accommodate the combined pupils on the Greenfields Primary site 
• that the merged school would retain the original Greenfields DFE school number and be based on the Greenfields site.
