Our annual report provides an update on the wide range of consultations carried out with residents across North Tyneside from April 2024 until March 2025. It highlights how local people are working alongside the Council to shape services and ensure their voices are heard.
Over the past year, engagement opportunities have been significantly enhanced through the launch of the Our North Tyneside Voice (ONTV) platform. This has helped us connect with a broad range of residents including young people, housing tenants, and community groups to better understand their views and priorities.
This video shows a summary of all last years work and this has been created as a result of feedback from our Readers Panel.
To ensure the report is accessible and meaningful, we collaborated with members of the ONTV Readers Panel. Their feedback helped us refine the content and also gave us useful insights to improve future reports.
