Friday 11 July: Schools of Sanctuary Celebration
CLOSED: This event has passed.Come and help us celebrate the amazing work going on in our schools around welcome, seeking sanctuary and refugees. Schools will display the work they've done this year to raise awareness of the issues around asylum seeking and to make their schools more welcome. Successful schools will also receive their Schools of Sanctuary Awards.

Come to North Shields Community Hub to see a photo exhibition showcasing real experiences of refugees and asylum seekers, with pictures taken by an asylum seeker. This exhibition was first shown at the Baltic Gateshead.
