Equality includes and affects everyone. As an organisation we are committed to equality, to meeting our duties and to using the feedback we receive to help us work better for our residents.

Our Equality and Diversity Policy was originally agreed in 2017 and in line with good practice is reviewed every two years. We are therefore undertaking our fourth review and would welcome your feedback on the vision and commitments set out in our current policy. Please take part by completing the survey below.

Equality Policy Consultation 2025

The consultation is open until 31 January 2025. Its findings will inform the final draft of our revised policy, which will be considered by Cabinet in March 2025.
