Our Housing and Property Service teams were out-and-about during July to offer advice and answer any questions about repairs, keeping neighbourhoods clean and safe, help and support to pay your rent, allocations and Homefinder. Twenty-four tenants came to see us at North Shields Community Hub and Library, Family Gateway at Howdon and The Oxford Centre in Longbenton.
Eleven previous tenant drop-ins have been held at venues in Longbenton, Meadow Well, Howdon, Battle Hill, Dudley, Shiremoor, Wallsend and Killingworth. A total of 167 tenants have received advice and had their questions answered, and feedback from those who came along was very positive.
